Most custom orders are manufactured and installed within around two to three weeks, depending on product type and current demand. Your written quote will include an expected timeframe, and our team will keep you updated once your order is confirmed.

Motorisation

In most cases, yes. Send us a photo of one blind showing the chain and we can usually confirm compatibility without a visit. Our retrofit motors suit a wide range of existing roller blinds.

Yes — with the optional smart hub and free app you can control up to 30 motors, set timers and scenes, and integrate with Google Home and Amazon Alexa.

Rechargeable motors typically need charging every six to eight months via USB. A red indicator turns green after around four hours when fully charged. Hard-wired installation is also available if you prefer.

Yes — every motor includes a five-year warranty backed by our Melbourne service team.

IntoBlinds provides a five-year warranty on blinds, shutters, and doors, reflecting our confidence in the quality and longevity of our products and installation.
